Delete your CaliApp account
Follow these steps to request deletion. We remove your personal data and anonymize training data; you will lose access.
How to delete your account
- Open the app and go to the Profile tab from the bottom bar.
- Tap the Account cell in the Account section.
- Tap the Delete account button.
- When prompted, enter your password to confirm and tap Delete account.
The deletion request starts immediately after confirmation. We then anonymize your data; you will lose access to it across all devices.
Important: Cancel your subscription
If you have a recurring subscription, make sure to cancel it in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store before or right after deleting your account. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription, and you may continue to be charged.
What deletion does
- Removes your personal data (e.g. email address, name, profile details, body measurements, locations).
- Fully anonymizes the following to improve the app: gender, birth year, workout plans (with goals), custom exercises (with randomized names), and training data - retained only in a fully anonymized form, without your training notes. Everything else is removed permanently.
- Revokes access on all devices; deletion is irreversible and cannot be undone.
Partial data removal
Prefer to remove only specific data? Email us at account@cali-app.com with the details of what you want removed (e.g., body measurements, profile details). We'll review and contact you back.
If you want to delete your account and have all your data removed without anonymization, you can request that via email as well.
